Welcome to safety.gippsland.com, a project supported by the Gippsland and East Gippsland Occupational Health and Safety Networks and the Safety Institute of Australia (Victorian Division).
The aim of this site is to bring together Gippsland safety providers onto one central directory - a one stop safety shop for Gippsland.
STOP PRESS: New Office Bearers for Gippsland SIA. After 5 years as President of the Gippsland branch of the Safety Institute of Australia (Inc), Tony Smith stepped down from the role at the December 2009 Annual General Meeting and was replaced by Ian Ewart, who had been Vice President for 5 years. Mike Stevens, another founding committee member, was elected as Branch Vice President. Tony will remain on the Branch Committee, and was joined by returning committee members, and three new faces. See the 2010-2011 Branch Committee line up by pressing the SIA Gippsland link to the left of this notice.
