The book was launched at the National Safety Convention in Melbourne on 19th April and looks at the impact of non-workplace diseases on our community & promotes the WorkHealth principles that workplaces are ideal mediums to get the health & wellbeing message across. The book also reinforces the Doc's simple messages around the 3 basic life-skills of Activity, Coping and Eating.Sorry I can't give you all a copy - but it is available for sale for $20 + $5 postage & handling (if required).
