The Gippsland Branch of the Safety Institute of Australia was formed in December 2004 for the purpose of providing professional development opportunities for members of the Institute who reside in Gippsland.

Branch By-Laws
The Gippsland Branch of the Safety Institute of Australia (Inc) is governed by the National Constitution and Victoria Division Rules, and administered in accordance with the National and State Administration Manuals. These documents may be accessed via the Safety Institute website - http://www.sia.org.au/. In addition, Gippsland Branch has developed a set of By-Laws that were endorsed at the Special General Meeting held on 5 December 2007.
